Landline TV
If there’s a non-desk cam video you love on YouTube, it’s probably from the folks at Landline TV. This year they struck deals with both Revision3 and Babelgum. If you’ve missed them, check out “‘Mad Men’ In 60 Seconds” and their video featuring kids reenacting the first Thanksgiving. Who knew children looked so cute with guns?

Nick Kroll
You might not know him now, but I guarantee he will be a household name in 2010. He is an amazing stand up, has hilarious characters and appears in “The League.” Watch Kroll as Bobby Bottleservice in “The Ed Hardy Boyz: The Case Of The Missing Sick Belt Buckle.”

Scott Gairdner
If you’ve heard of Scott-ober or the “Sex Offender Shuffle,” then you know of Scott Gairdner. This young video director is poised to have a banner year in 2010. Check out his YouTube channel Zoltarkill. He’s been slowly rising for a while, and his most recent work has been featured on several high profile blogs. Now, do the shuffle!

Garfunkel and Oates
At the end of the year, the adorable comedy team Garfunkel and Oates appeared on “The Jay Leno Show.” They’re slated for more shows and late night appearances in 2010, plus Kate Micucci (Oates) has a recurring role on “Scrubs.” Watch for thee two to breakout (but, sadly, not makeout) in 2010.

“Jersey Mother F-ing Shore”
This is the greatest show on television. It had a huge premiere and is sure to air amazing booze and boob filled episodes into the new year. Just ask the executive who put it on the air.

Bloomington Brothers

This is an up-and-coming sketch team on YouTube. Everything they do is hilarious. This proves that comedy still exists in the Midwest… underneath a letterman jacket.

Miller Vote Roberts
TJ Miller and Jordan Vogt-Roberts have been collaborators for years since the formation of the comedy group Blerds. Below, watch TJ’s funny audition tape (directed by Vogt Robers), a classic Blerds sketch and the trailer for “Successful Alcoholics.” Finally, I have something to aspire to become.

Andy Daly was the hit of the Montreal Comedy Festival and is huge on the alt comedy scene. You may not recognize him, but you will definitely hear about him in 2010. Get a first look here.

Angela Trimbur
She’s hot and funny. What more do you want? Trimbur has starred in numerous Funny or Die videos and has appeared on “Reno 911!” and “The League.” She’s almost guaranteed something big in the new year.

Olde English
This sketch group recently had success with this video of Obama photobombing an couple’s entire relationship. Watch for them to produce more great works soon!

Chris Singel’s To Do List
Comedy.com marketing guru Chris Singel is an idea man. Throughout the year he has produced a megaton of ideas (see the list below)… if he could only follow through on them. Sadly, improv is his unforgiving mistress that takes up all his time. The only thing he crossed of his list this year was farting in conference room. Chris, good luck in 2010!  We’re sure your catchphrase “Remember when widgets weren’t a thing?” will take off soon.
